A collection of topics on Intellectual Property (I. P.), with an emphasis on trademark and infringement awareness.
In most of my work I have been involved in the intellectual property business, whether it is
publishing software, web sites, video, photography, licensing from / to others copyrighted work, inventing thing,
working with hardware, there is little that escapes intellectual property. Topics involving intellectual property interest me,
in particular counterfeit products and borderline counterfeit imitations. From my traveling around world, I have seen and experienced enough issues regarding intellectual property violations and
misuses that compelled me to setup a web site to share my interest, ideas, thoughts and experience.
If you have any interesting examples of I. P.-infringing imitation to share, please feel free to contact me.
